Vic Abajian is Speaker at Los Angeles Bar Event

Vic Abajian appeared as a panelist and speaker at the 2015 California Tax Practitioners’ Conference presented by the Los Angeles County Bar Association’s Taxation Section. The conference regularly attracts California’s most powerful and respected tax professionals for a day of continuing educational seminars and interactive dialogue about the latest trending tax topics in the taxation world. The program features presentations by top government officials and leading practitioners in all fields of taxation.

During the most recent conference held on June 16th, 2015 at the Biltmore Hotel in Downtown Los Angeles, Vic Abajian spoke alongside IRS Associate Area Counsel Jordan S. Musen about the intricacies and particulars of expert witness testimony during tax trials including Daubert motions used to exclude expert witness testimony as well as the law and procedure of qualifying expert witnesses. Vic has extensive experience working with expert witnesses in Tax Court trials.
